If you sell products, services or yourself through your profile and postings, we will terminate your account. Any other commercial use of FlirtySomething, its content and technologies, must be approved by us first. If you have questions about affiliations with, advertising on, and commercial usage of FlirtySomething, please feel free to contact us. Upload photos that include frontal nudity, genitalia and/or "intimate moments" between consenting partners on FlirtySomething. Don't post textual equivalents of such photos either… If you do post such content on FlirtySomething, we reserve the right to terminate your account without warning. Upload content that is illegal in public or private areas of FlirtySomething It's unfortunate but true; there are a lot of sickos out there. If we find any on FlirtySomething, their account will be deleted and we'll take appropriate action that may include reporting them to the authorities. Important things to keep in mind: Other People (their content, their behavior) If you are offended by a posting or photo, and think it violates these guidelines, you can report it to the FlirtySomething staff. By posting Content to any public area of FlirtySomething, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to FlirtySomething an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. You will only create one unique profile with the Service. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Website. Membership in, and use of, the Service is void where prohibited. You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, or e-mail addresses. Although FlirtySomething cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. By submitting this purchase, Purchaser hereby acknowledges, agrees and authorizes FlirtySomething.com to renew Purchaser's subscription, automatically, every month, at the guaranteed renewal rate that applies to the purchase option chosen by Purchaser, until such time as Purchaser instructs FlirtySomething.com to stop the renewals.
